LAST Saturday provided a welcome win at last against Birmingham.
However let's not delude ourselves, the defending was again poor.
Wanderers do not seem to have any idea how to pick up players who run at the defence.
Both Birmingham goals came as a result of players running through a static back line.
If Birmingham had capitilised on their chances they could have had three goals by half time and we would have been dead and buried.
Fortunately Steve Bruce's defence was worse than ours and we took the chances that came our way.
On the plus side Jay-Jay Okocha had a storming game and showed us what a class player he is.
He and Youri Djorkaeff dictated the game in the final 15 minutes. But the defenders need to go to night school for extra lessons.
