JUST to set the record straight.
The renewal and upgrading of street lighting in Albion, Aireworth, Croft and Dixon Streets, Wingates, is as a result of representations made to the three towns, Blackrod, Horwich and Westhoughton's Forum, and the assiduous response from Mrs C Ellis, Co-Ordinator, and other officers on the team.
