IT doesn't seem so long ago that a select percentage of the nation were pinned to their sofas on a Sunday night, eagerly awaiting the next instalment of Jack Bauer's truly horrendous day.
And while some of us are still trying to catch up on what we missed the last time around, BBC 2 have wasted no time in bringing on the next instalment of 24.
Pacy, gripping and addictive, 24 has brought Kiefer Sutherland back to a generation of 20-somethings who thought we'd seen the last of him after Flatliners.
Proving that he still has charisma by the bucketload, Sutherland is the central character in this series, in which each hourly episode is an hour in the day of this stressed out Federal Agent.
After 24 hours of kidnap, murder and treachery, Bauer is back to deal with the bad guys once again. And it looks like its going to be another one of those days...
