MEN in Greater Manchester aged 60 or over will soon to be eligible for a concessionary travel permit for bus, train or tram.
From April 1, local authorities are required to lower the age at which men become eligible for a travel concession, from 65 years of age to 60.
Any men aged 60-64, who now find themselves eligible for concessionary travel should pick up an application form either from their Local Authority Offices or a GMPTE Travelshop at main bus stations throughout Greater Manchester.
