HEALTH secretary Alan Milburn is due to visit Bolton during a tour of the North-west today.
He is meeting staff and patients and officially opening the new outpatients department at the Royal Bolton Hospital.
He is also due to open a similar unit at Wrightington hospital, near Wigan.
