THE UK's worst areas for crack cocaine, including Manchester, have been highlighted as part of a national action plan to combat the drug.
Thirty-seven communities will get funding to help addicts and to prevent youngsters taking the substance.
Drugs Minister Bob Ainsworth announced the target areas during a visit to a drugs centre in Ladbroke Grove, London.
