CHILDCARE workers in Bolton are set to receive a new health and hygiene guide.
Bolton Primary Care Trust and Bolton Council have produced the guide -- designed to offer health advice -- for nurseries and after-school clubs.
The manual features advice on everything from cleaning toys to handling pets. Free copies will be given to childcare providers across Bolton this month.
Health protection nurse Graham Munslow said: "Caring for lots of children together could create risks as illnesses are passed between them. The aim of this advice is to minimise those risks."
