A PUB in Westhoughton pub has had plans to add a licensed restaurant to the premises granted by Bolton licensing magistrates.
Owners of The Howfener -- formerly the Rose and Crown -- on Bolton Road, intend to attach an old trailer to the pub, which will be used as a restaurant.
