BOLTON youngster Steven Leigh continued to grab awards when he scooped a regional achievement award.
The 15 -year-old already holds dozens of accolades for swimming and athletics and picked up the BBC GMR Young Disabled Sports Achiever Award after being nominated by Bolton Council's Health, Sports and Inclusion Team after winning the Bolton title.
The Westhoughton High School pupil has hemiplegic cerebral palsy which affects the right side of his body, but that has not stopped him from becoming a top young athlete in both disabled and able bodied competitions.
He has won more than 30 junior and senior national titles for the Swim North West Team; represented the England and Wales Cerebral Palsy Swim Squad at the CP World Games winning six gold, three silver and a bronze medal; accrued six Disability Sport England Junior National Athletic titles; and helped the North West relay team take third place at the British National Triathlon Championships last year.
