MERE Hall training is offering places on its Hospitality Training Course for people wanting to be employed in the catering industry.
Mere Hall Training, which was established at the end of 1999, helps people gain nationally-recognised qualifications in Food Hygiene, Health and Safety, Customer Services and basic hospitality skills such as Silver Service, Bar Service and Chef's Skills.
The training at Samuel Crompton House, Bury Old Road, Bolton is available to most people who are not in employment at present. It runs for four weeks -- two weeks in the training rooms and two weeks paid "Work Trail" with a potential employer.
