A CHARITY bus will tour Breightmet, offering fun and learning for children.
The Shine Play Bus, which will stop at advertised sites in the area, was launched at a party at Top o' th' Brow Primary School.
When the bus begins touring the area, children will be invited to take part in weekend breakfast social events free of charge.
Homework clubs and drama sessions will also be held later this year. Activities offering help to families, such as parenting classes, will feature next year.
Shine is a voluntary organisation started by Bolton Pentecostal Church. The bus project is an extension of the Shine after-school club, which has been running for two years.
The bus was bought with a £40,000 grant from the East Bolton Regeneration organisation.
