GENEROUS Bolton Army Cadets have helped raise a £2,500 for a children's charity.
Francis House children's hospice will get the money thanks to the fundraising efforts of cadets from all over Greater Manchester.
The cadets have held sponsored events, appeals, raffles and social nights to bring in money for the hospice, based in Didsbury, south Manchester.
Francis House representatives will receive the cheque at a ceremony at the Manchester cadet base on Wednesday.
