CARING community nurses have eased life for a Farnworth man with health problems.
So David Cowell nominated the nurses at Farnworth Health Centre, in Fredrick Street, for the Bolton Evening News' Bouquet of the Week.
"They have been looking after me for the last 12 months because I have pressure sores due to contracting salmonella," he explained.
"As I am also on dialysis three times a week, it has been hard. Without their friendship and support, my mother and I would not have coped."
The nurses were pleased and surprised by the nomination, and loved the bouquet from Caroline Ward's flower and gift delivery service (telephone 0800 289 335).
