DAMON Gough had some wild dreams when he was a Badly Drawn Schoolboy.

For his mind used to fantasize that his hero Bruce Springsteen (aka The Boss) would pop up on Winter Hill! Gough, who spent much of his young life in Breightmet but later moved to Belmont, said: "When I first got into him I lived in Belmont and I'd occasionally hike up to the top of Winter Hill. Once I was there I'd have this stupid schoolboy dream where Bruce would come walking over that hill with guitar in hand and do a free concert." We're sure Damon would have given him a good reception.
