A BOLTON firm is tackling stress by offering free neck and shoulder massages to staff and clients.
Synergy Creative Design & Marketing Ltd in Chorley Street says its initiative to create a more pleasant and enjoyable working atmosphere has proved to be popular with staff and visiting clients.
Debbie Masson, a qualified therapist from the St George's Multi Therapy Centre in Bolton says this approach towards employee welfare is becoming more popular as we work longer hours in the UK than our European counterparts.
Alex Jordan, Synergy's Managing Director, said: "Synergy is all about doing things differently.
"This includes adopting different working practices to aid productivity and creativity for the benefit of both staff and clients."
Synergy, which has a national and international client list, is now in its fifth year.
It is planning to offer staff and clients a number of other alternative therapies in the future.
