READING in the Bolton Evening News about a Clean-up King being sought, I certainly hope the person given the post does become the "Clean-up Champion" they hope for.
Whoever gets the job has a very hard task ahead of them with the litter and fouling that is all around Bolton.
Wherever there is a grass verge or trees along streets and main roads, there is litter, which is left when the roads are cleaned.
There are some disgraceful areas around Halliwell and it is getting worse.
Let us keep our fingers crossed that this new "Clean-up King" can work a miracle, and we can be proud to live in Bolton once more.
