SIR Paul McCartney has announced plans to play a 40,000-seater homecoming concert in Liverpool.
The ex-Beatle has begun his Back In The World tour in Paris and will finish with an open-air concert at the Kings Dock on June 1.
After announcing the concert, Sir Paul said: "I can't do a world tour without bringing it home."
