REEBOK stars Gudni Bergsson and Jay-Jay Okocha will make their celebrated returns to international football this weekend.
For Okocha, the African Nations Cup qualifier in Malawi confirms the reversal of his decision to retire after captaining Nigeria at last summer's World Cup while Bergsson's appearance for Iceland in the European Championship qualifier in Scotland comes five and a half years after he last played for his country.
The 37-year-old Bolton skipper, who will retire at the end of the season, is delighted to have drawn a line under his row over travel arrangements with the previous management and is looking forward to winning his 78th cap in Glasgow: "You don't expect a recall at my age, especially when the previous manager and I had some arguments which led to my retirement.
"However, I am happy to play again and, hopefully, end my international career on a high."
