CHORLEY will have a substitutes bench full of strikers tomorrow, such is Mark Molyneaux's determination to reach the top six.
The Magpies' last two outings, away to Spennymoor United then at home to Stocksbridge PS, have both ended in 0-0 draws, forcing Molyneaux's men to slightly drift away from the play-off zone.
But while it is still mathematically possible for Chorley to finish in the top six, Molyneaux will make sure they go into their remaining six games all guns blazing.
And he has vowed his forwards and attacking midfielders will play a mojor role in tomorrow's trip to Alfreton Town.
"We're not going there to steal a point - that's not our style," Molyneaux said.
"We were forced to settle for a 0-0 draw at North Ferriby in midweek but I wasn't too disappointed with that because it was a tough game.
"It was one of those night's when nothing went for us. They came to steal a draw and that's what they got.
"It's a shame because another three points would have set us up nicely. But we'll keep going for the play-offs until the end of the season because there's always a chance.
"We'll go to Alfreton confident of getting three points, and I'll take a squad that is capable of doing that."
He added: "The bench may contain nothing but forwards for the second match, we just need them to start scoring now!"
Molyneaux added that he was aiming to tie up six players on extended contracts as he looks to next season.
Fullback Paul Varley, centre half Billy McCartney and midfielder Darren Emmett have already signed new two-year deals and the Magpies boss was waiting for three more to put pen to paper.
Meanwhile, Joe Murray was hoping to be involved in tomorrow's game, along with Lee Southwood and Lee Molyneux after recovering from injury.
Chorley's only doubt is over Phil Bayliss.
