KEITH Branagan was the hero as he kept Steve Bull and co at bay as Wanderers beat Wolves 2-0 at Molineux.
Bruce Rioch's side made the pot for the fifth round of the cup, but only because the keeper who was brought in from Millwall made two outstanding saves at crucial times.
And even in the third minute of injury time the brave Londoner threw himself at the feet of Bull to make sure he emerged with a clean sheet.
Scott Green had put Wanderers ahead when he exchanged passes with Andy Walker.
The full back and striker had initially been sent through by an excellent ball from Phil Brown in the 12th minute.
John McGinlay added the second in the 24th minute with a header that caught on-loan goalkeeper Dave Beasant in two minds.
