I ENVISAGE a situation where young people will no longer be able to afford a house of any kind.
I'm glad this has been highlighted on March 27 by the young couple featured in "Comments and Analysis".
Even the not-so-young are being caught out. A house is for living in, not to make money on!
I have never bought a house, or even been in debt. I have never bought anything on credit. I find today this is being encouraged far too much, and feel penalised for not doing so.
I hope this "housing demand" doesn't give unscrupulous house builders a good excuse to build more!
All I can say is what Kevin and Andrea are thinking -- roll on a house price crash.
