TWO bands whose debut albums made big impressions have revealed details of the follow-ups.
Starsailor, who topped album charts with first release Love Is Here, bring out their as-yet-unnamed successor this summer.
The band, whose frontman James Walsh is the son of Tony Walsh -- former head teacher of Joseph Eastham High School in Little Hulton -- worked on two of the tracks with legendary producer Phil Spector.
Spector was arrested last year after a female companion was found dead at his Los Angeles home in mysterious circumstances.
Bury five-piece Elbow are also hoping to build on on the success of their debut Asleep In The Back with a follow up provisionally-titled Cast of Thousands.
Their second album, to be released in July, features musicians including Jimi Goodwin of the Doves -- close friends and some time collaborators of Bolton's own Badly Drawn Boy -- and the London Gospel Community Choir.
Singer Guy Garvey said: "It's more experimental than the first record but with accessible tunes. And it's less melancholic although a couple of the lyrics are very dark."
