BOLTON Golf Association suffered a heavy 12-5 defeat to a strong Rest of Lancashire side at Breightmet.
They won only one of the foursomes but biridies on the final green in three singles salvaged an even heavier loss.
The biggest turn around came from Gareth Hastie, who was five down after eight holes, but turned it around in dramatic fashion. He fought back and sank a 20 foot putt on the last for a half.
