BOLTON Business Ventures has joined forces with Lloyds TSB to stage a workshop dedicated to women who have been in business for less than two years.
The event at the Ramada Jarvis Hotel, Blackrod on April 30 will give female entrepreneurs access to a panel of experts specialising in issues facing local small businesses.
The move follows recent newspaper headlines which claimed that more small and medium-sized enterprises failed in Bolton and Manchester than anywhere else in Britain.
The panel of experts will include a BBV Women in Business adviser, BBV's finance adviser, a local solicitor, a local Lloyds TSB business manager, an accountant, an established entrepreneur and a business mentor.
Women who are interested in attending the event should contact Sylvia Phillips at BBV on 01204 391400 by 17 April.
