FOUR Manchester children were flown to hospital after being stranded on a remote island, coastguards have said.
The children -- aged nine to 12 -- were rescued after their father had tried to tow them seven miles in a rubber ring behind his jet ski in strong winds.
A lifeboat crew discovered the family on Puffin Island, near Anglesey in North Wales.
