MONDAY, April 14 saw the Ladies 133 and Over competition.
A good turnout as 30 ladies contested to become the 133 Champion.
Many congratulations go to Ellen Wareing (Black Horse) beating Joan Partington (Looney Tunes) 3-0 in the final.
Losing semi-finalists were J Burke (Victory Reform) and T Ledwidge (Queen Bees).
The Winter Season is all but finished, with just the Mens 171 and over Competition to play. This will take place at the Derby Ward on Monday, April 28, at 8pm. Draw made 8.15pm.
The Presentation for the Winter League will be at the Derby Ward on Friday, May 23, at 7.30pm. £1 entry. All recipients must attend or forfeit all rights to prizes.
Summer League 2003 will start on Monday, May 26, so plenty of time to practice!
