MR B Howarth of Alexandria Drive tries yet again to score about the building of homes on Fish Fold farmland.

I wonder if he is old enough to remember the outcry against building of blocks of flats in his homeland -- Alexandria Drive.

They came up in a field off Waters Nook Road and backed on to a pre-Victorian settlement on Park Road -- a site similar to Fish Fold, which had a farm and around seven houses at around the same time.

When these houses are built there will be still over a mile of open land with footpaths to the south, and their building will obscure the view of around two or three existing houses.

Why does he moan?
