LOANED-OUT Paul Warhurst has insisted his biggest concern is Wanderers staying in the Premiership.
The midfielder is currently fighting to keep Stoke City in the First Division. But he admitted his major commitment remains with Wanderers.
Warhurst's contract expires in the summer and he wants to know where he stands regarding his future.
But, regardless of his uncertain future, his number one priority is seeing the club which holds his registration staying in the top flight.
"Needless to say, I desperately want Bolton to stay in the Premiership," he said.
"I might be giving everything I can to help Stoke City's own relegation battle at the moment but I'm still a Bolton Wanderers player.
"I have no idea whether my own future at Bolton is dependent on them staying in the Premiership, but regardless of that, I don't want them to go down.
"As the Nationwide League season finishes earlier than the top flight, I'll have a week or two back at Bolton before the end of the Premiership season to sit down and discuss my future with Sam Allardyce," said the midfield player.
"My contract is up this summer and I'd like to know what's happening - but for the time being I can't really afford to look that far ahead. I have to put all my energy into helping Stoke stay in the First Division."
