THE Foreign Office has been accused of misleading the families of six Britons, including one from Manchester, jailed in Saudi Arabia on bombing charges.
Mary Martini, the former wife of one of the men, James Cottle, said officials had suggested that the men would be freed during the Iraq war. Mr Cottle, from Urmston, was arrested following bombings in the Gulf state.
