A 22-year-old Bolton man arrested on Tuesday in connection with the abduction of a Bolton businesswoman has been released without charge.
The 47-year-old woman was forced to drive to Leeds at knifepoint after being grabbed by a man as she was getting out of her car in Chorley New Road, Bolton, on Thursday April 10. The man forced her to drive along the M62 and then onto the M621, near to the Elland Road stadium in Leeds, then ran off. The woman was badly shaken but not injured.
