ATHERTON Collieries have two games left to play, both of them at home and they need a minimum of three points to avoid relegation and that may not be enough.
The task ahead could not be more difficult because top of the league Prescot Cables are the visitors tomorrow and they only need one point to clinch the title and promotion to the Unibond League.
On Monday night Flixton visit Alder House, kick off 7.45pm, and the winners of that game could avoid the drop.
