Straight from the Horse's Mouth by Fred Done
I FANCY Bolton to get a positive result at home to Arsenal on Saturday.
Sam's team are solid at the back and have enough ammo in attack to trouble Wenger's men. The Wanderers are more than fairly priced up at 7/2 and our odds of 16/1 for a 2-1 Bolton win is proving very popular.
Sunday could be a decisive day in the race for the Premiership where United visit Arsenal's deadly rivals Spurs. I have to call it as I see it and can't see Tottenham putting up much of a fight for the sake of their neighbours. I make United odds on favourites for the match and can see a 3-0 victory for the Reds good value at 11/1.
The odds for The Premiership will change after this weekend's matches but I can't split Arsenal and United. If you think The Gunners will prevail at The Reebok take the 5/6 the Londoners but if you think United will get the better result this weekend 5/6 the Reds is your bet.
Bolton's Premiership future could be all but secure if City, who have had a new lease of life in the last week, give West Ham a beating. I've told my odds maker that even money City looks too big and he replied that West Ham have more at stake than The Blues. For his sake I hope he's right or there might be a vacancy for an odds compiler in this column next week.
Those looking for a nice treble on this weekend's matches should look at three draws. Sunderland will bore Newcastle to death, Villa may get a point at Goodison and Rangers v Celtic may end up all square. That's nearly £400 for a tenner.
Saturday is Rugby League's Challenge Cup final as hot favourites Bradford clash with Leeds.
Bradford are a big loser for me but I think they may lose as Leeds look a sterner outfit this season and a six point start on the handicaps hould give you a good run for your money.
