THE trading of shares in Burnden Leisure will be cancelled from April 30.
The move was announced on March 31, because the company has decided to moved out of the AIM market, the alternative investment market.
If shareholders of the company wish to sell shares in the after that date they should write to the Company stating the number of shares they are interested in selling and the price at which they are prepared to deal.
The Company Secretary will inform the shareholder if anyone registers or has registered an interest in acquiring shares at that price.
The directors intend to keep this situation under review and if the level of activity is high they will consider putting in place a more formalised trading facility.
Any enquiries should be made to the Company Secretary, Burnden Leisure PLC, Reebok Stadium, Bolton BL6 6JW.
