I HAVE been "Sven" for over two years but today I have been embarrased by my role. I have been on
the telly, I have been in films and I have been interviewed live on TV.
I have even been photographed with Page 3 girls.
However, today, I have been nominated one Of "Britain's most Embarrassing Parents" by none other than my daughter Judith.
A German TV company, now producing work for cable television approached my daughter (through me!) and asked if she would like to nominate me.
She did, and after what appeared a family lunch out in Wigan, I was approached, and a crowd gathered outside the pub urging "We want Sven."
Totally unaware of what was going on, embarrased, I ventured out to greet them. It was here that I was informed of the nomination.
We travelled to Maine Road (City's home) and proceeded to film various escapades concluding
with an interview promising not to embarrass Judith again...........what an embarrassment! But all great fun.
The piece will go out on cable later in the year.
