THREE local artists will be "inn-vision" this week when they set up an exhibition at a Bolton pub in a bid to take art to the community.
The trio will be displaying their work at the historic Kings Head pub in Junction Road, Deane tonight, from 6pm. The show will feature work by David Ruddick, of Shadowcast Woodturning, Christopher Johnstone of Reject Bears Ceramics, and Norma Hopkins, a textile artist. All three artists are based at the Fuse Studios, a facility provided by Bolton Council's Creative Industries Development Team.
Councillor John Byrne, executive member for economic development said: "This is an example of how creative talent is being nurtured in Bolton." Further exhibitions will be planned for other local artists." For further information contact Rebecca Waring from the Creative industries Development Team on 01204 336181 or David Ruddick on 01204 430006.
