MANCHESTER'S revamped New Smithfield Market is to be promoted as a Parisian-style fresh food paradise.
The Openshaw market is set to be rebranded as the Fresh Food Centre North West and will sell produce from regional farms and fisheries.
There will also be a new fruit, vegetable and flower market, a fish market and a distribution centre.
The multi-million pound transformation will be compete in 2007.
