I CAN understand concerns about the safety aspect and I do think that a skateboard park should be built.
There isn't much for youngsters to do in Bolton. At least they are getting out and about, not stuck in front of the TV all day. An indoor facility should be built so they can carry on during the winter, or when the weather is bad. Surely it would make money if there are sometimes 100 skateboards in the town centre at any one time. It's about time other people besides boozers were catered for in this town.
