SPEED legend Donald Campbell has been remembered in Cumbria on the 37th anniversary of his death. Friends and admirers who formed the K7 Club after his death have laid a wreath in Coniston village.
Campbell died on January 4, 1967, while trying to break his own world water speed record. Wreaths have been laid every year since.
