AN inspired goalkeeping preformance frustrated Blackrod Town as they had to settle for a 0-0 draw at Coppull.
Home keeper Almond made brilliant first-half saves from Richard Collier and Mark Height in this West Lancashire Premier Division clash.
But he eclipsed them with a remarkable stop to push Steve Settle's 25-yard curler on to the post with 20 minutes to go.
Blackrod's players sportingly acknowledged the Coppull's keeper's brilliance after the match.
