Whatever happened to that little man known as "conscience" -- does he not sit on shoulders any more?

If these customers have any vestige of integrity left, they should return their surplus ill-gotten gains to the rightful owner of the Co-op Bank immediately, in spite of the latter's benevolent gesture to waive the theft.
