A WOMAN psychotherapist denied shooting a Radcliffe man when she appeared in court.
Heather Stephenson-Snell, aged 45, of Crombie Avenue, York, is charged with the murder of 43-year-old Robert Wilkie. He died from a single gunshot wound outside his girlfriend's house in Holland Street, Radcliffe, in November.
Stephenson-Snell appeared at Manchester Crown Court for a plea and direction hearing.
She pleaded not guilty to murder and the case was adjourned for trial on April 26. Stephenson-Snell was remanded in custody.
