A ROGUE double-glazing salesman threatened to kill a Chorley couple after they refused to buy windows.
The male caller even threatened to slice off student Jackie Gray's breasts after she turned down his offer.
Jackie, 21, was alone at home in Kingsley Drive on New Year's Day when the conman, claiming to be from the window company Safestyle UK, knocked at her door uninvited.
She asked him to ring when her boyfriend, 26-year-old Damian Brindle, was back at their home.
When he called back, Damian told him they were not interested.
But 20 minutes later the man, believed to be of Asian origin with a Liverpool accent, phoned back and launched into a torrent of abuse, reportedly saying he would cut the couple into little pieces if they did not buy the windows.
He called four more times on the same night, and on one occasion threatened to cut off Jackie's breasts.
The couple reported the man to police and gave them his mobile number.
PC Phil Hampson, of Chorley CID, said no arrests had yet been made and inquiries were ongoing.
A Safestyle UK spokesman said none of the company's employees fitted the description. He said: "We have door-to-door salesman who wear security ID, but none of our employees were working on the day in question.
"We are happy to help the police with their inquiries."
