ONCE again Bolton have played at home, once again the residents of Lostock/Horwich have nowhere to park and no one to turn to.
The police put "Residents Only" parking signs at the top of each street. Does anyone take any notice?
NO.
They don't give a damn and neither do the police nor Bolton Council.
You ring the police up to complain about it, they tell you to ring the council. You ring the council, they tell you to ring the police. If these fans have enough money to go to every match (season ticket holders), then why can't they park on the designated car parks and pay the required amount instead of parking outside our homes?
It's bad enough during the day time on non-match days trying to park near to our homes because of the bakery workers, and now it seems more and more fans are blatantly disregarding the police notices at the top of the street and doing as they please.
One fed up Lostock resident
