NAOMI Liles, age 11, from St Joseph's RC School & Sports College in Horwich, demonstrated her artistic flair.
She has scooped first prize in the Supply Desk's Christmas Art & Design Competition 2003 for the Bolton area.
Leading teacher recruitment agency, Supply Desk, asked pupils of all ages to pick up their pens and pencils and design a card with a festive or winter theme. Naomi's picture of St David's star secured her first prize in the 7-11 year olds category.
She was presented with her prize at her school by The Mayor of Bolton, Cllr Cliff Morris. Naomi receives a professional artist's kit and a framed copy of her artwork.
Supply Desk ran its Christmas Art & Design Competition in schools throughout the UK. Hundreds of entries were received from across the area and the judges were impressed with the overall standard of work.
