A THIEF posed as a customer at a car dealership - then drove off in a £33,000 Toyota Land Cruiser.
Police say the thief walked into the RRG dealership, Bolton Street, Bury at 4.40pm yesterday and asked to take the luxury car for a test drive. A salesman accompanied him but he drove off as he returned to the forecourt. The silver car - registration number MV51 WAJ - was still missing today.
Police are appealing for witnesses or anyone who has seen the car to contact Bury CID on 0161 856 8150 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
