VOLUNTEERS are needed to collect bags of donated goods in Bury for an animal charity.
The PDSA is appealing for volunteers to collect bags from the public for its charity shop at 88 The Rock, Bury.
The shop raises funds for the charity to provide free treatment to the sick and injured pets of people who cannot afford to pay private veterinary fees.
Shop manager Alison Spencer said: "If you have an estate car or small van, this is the volunteering job for you. Petrol expenses will be paid and all we ask is that you are available one day a week."
