SUNDERLAND'S former skipper Michael Gray is having talks with Graeme Souness with a view to joining Blackburn Rovers.
Souness moved in for the left back after Wanderers were believed to have dropped their interest when Sunderland refused their proposal for a loan move.
The Rovers boss said: "I believe Bolton were interested in him as well but he has said that if everything is right, he would like to come here."
