PLANS to build a house on wasteland in Westhoughton have been turned down for a third time.
The Hulton Estate had applied to put a bungalow on land near to 586 Manchester Road.
Westhoughton town council voted against the application, saying it would affect nearby residents.
The application will now go to Bolton's planning committee for a final decision.
