WHEN parents at Rumworth Special School realised that their children knew more about computers than they did, they decided to back to school.
Deputy headteacher Kevin Wilkinson and ICT co-ordinator Mr Williams set up a course to help them improve their skills. It will also give them a better chance of helping out their children with their homework. The course now runs every Thursday evening and seven parents are already working towards a computing qualification. Mr Wilkinson said: "We have even had parents asking for homework."
