THE former matron of a nursing home in north Wales has been accused of killing an elderly resident from Lancashire.
The 60-year-old woman, who has not been named, was matron at Bodawen Nursing Home, in Porthmadog.
She has been charged with the manslaughter of 95-year-old William henry Pettener and with assault on four other residents at the home.
North Wales Police said the woman has been bailed to appear before Pwllheli Magistrates' Court on July 14.
